Club Information

RC Juniors is an organization formed to improve the volleyball level in the Rutherford County and surrounding areas. RC is a member of the Southern Region Volleyball Association and the USA junior Volleyball. These organizations set the guidelines for all clubs in our Region to follow. Our focus is to train each player to reach her highest potential.

College Portal


Below are links to regional college conferences. Research the schools as much as you can. Use this information to become famaliar with the college rosters. Teams interested in you will need a player with your skills. You can get a feel for this by looking at the roster and seeing the grade level of players possessing your skills. Ex: If the only setter is a senior, then that school will be looking for a setter in the next recruiting class.
